"General terms of agreement" – Conditions pertaining to using / redeeming of vouchers
1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. After the expiry of the voucher’s validity the customer’s right to redeem it falls away.
2. Once the buyer has gone through the required steps (selecting of voucher, provision of personal details, selecting payment method etc.) to order and take delivery of the voucher, the buyer should immediately make a printout of the online voucher.
3. The voucher can only be redeemed if it has been prepaid and is only valid at hotels belonging to the Precise group.
4. A voucher issued by Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd may contain time, quantitative, area or other restrictions, which will be listed in the explanatory notes accompanying it.
5. The buyer has the right to cancel the voucher within two weeks of placing the order.
6. Every voucher may only be used once by its bearer. Only one voucher may be used per booking. When redeeming a voucher the amount it displays is the amount it is valid for. The voucher is redeemed once a hotel staff member enters its reference number.
7. The voucher can be used in conjunction with other special offers.
8. A voucher may not be redeemed by anyone who, at the time, is still a minor in legal terms.
9. Employees of Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd are excluded from the use of vouchers, as are their relatives.
10. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. If the voucher does not cover the full price of a service, then the difference can be paid by cash, ec card or credit card.
11. In using/redeeming a voucher the Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd general terms of agreement apply, which can be referenced and downloaded here [Link to general terms of agreement applicable to accommodation and SPA area], as do the general terms of agreement of the various hotel groups.
12. Vouchers may not be resold. This ruling is applicable in particular to various internet platforms, which auction off goods. If a voucher is however auctioned off via this type of business then it becomes invalid. In instances like these, Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd is under no obligation whatsoever to honor a voucher.
13. The voucher becomes invalid if the terms of use have been violated. Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd assumes no liability for any theft, loss or negligence with regard to vouchers. Furthermore Precise Hotels & Resorts Ltd reserves the right to redeem a voucher if its hotel rooms are fully booked at the time or if payment by voucher is not possible due to a technical problem at the time. The hotel concerned will then offer the customer a booking at the earliest availability.
14. Vouchers issued by Precise Hotels & Resorts GmbH are subject to German federal law.
